Content Writing

Written for humans. Accepted by editors.

Most guest post pitches get rejected on content quality alone. Our writers produce articles that earn their placement instead of begging for it โ€” researched, original, and matched to each publisher's tone and audience.

The Process

How we write content that actually gets used

Every piece starts with understanding the audience โ€” the publisher's readers or your own site visitors โ€” not just the keyword.

1

Brief us on the piece

Share the target keyword, word count, target URL (for guest posts), tone preferences, and any specific angles or points you want covered. More context = better output.

2

We research & outline

We review the target site's existing content, competitor articles, and the SERP landscape. The outline follows what readers actually need to know โ€” not a generic H2 structure.

3

We write & quality check

The article is written to match the publication's tone โ€” whether that's conversational, analytical, or industry-technical. Every piece is reviewed internally before delivery.

4

You review & approve

We deliver the article with one round of revisions included. If anything needs adjusting โ€” tone, structure, specific points โ€” we fix it before it goes anywhere.

What Makes It Different

Why content quality is inseparable from link quality

A link inside a well-written, genuinely useful article is a different signal to Google than a link buried in thin, formulaic content. We build the former.

๐Ÿ”ฌ

Researched, Not Generated

Every article starts with real research โ€” competitor pieces, search intent, topical gaps. We don't produce keyword-stuffed filler. The goal is something the editor is glad they published.

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ

Tone-Matched to the Publisher

A B2B tech publication and a personal finance blog need different voices. We read multiple pieces from the target site before writing, so the article doesn't feel imported from somewhere else.

๐Ÿ”—

Natural Link Placement

When writing guest posts, we place your link where it flows naturally in the body copy โ€” in context, with an anchor that reads as genuinely relevant, never forced or promotional in tone.

๐ŸŽฏ

SEO-Aware Without Being Robotic

We understand keyword placement, heading structure, and internal linking โ€” but we write for readers first. An article that reads naturally ranks more durably than one obviously written around a keyword.

๐Ÿ“

Proper Length for the Brief

Word count is matched to what the topic actually needs โ€” not padded to hit a number. Minimum 800 words; longer for comprehensive guides. Every word earns its place.

๐Ÿ”„

One Revision Round Included

We get it right the first time most of the time โ€” but if anything needs adjusting, one full revision round is included on every piece. No back-and-forth charges.

Content Types

What we write โ€” and what we write it for

Available standalone or bundled into guest posting and niche edit orders.

โœ๏ธ

Guest Post Articles

Full articles written for third-party publication โ€” researched, editor-ready, and matched to the target site's audience and tone. Included with all guest posting orders; also available standalone.

๐Ÿ

On-Site Blog Content

SEO articles for your own domain โ€” product-aware guides, informational posts, comparison pieces. Written to rank and to give visitors a reason to stay.

๐Ÿ“–

Long-Form Guides

Comprehensive, pillar-style pieces of 2,000โ€“5,000 words that target high-value keywords and serve as reference content. Good for topical authority and internal linking strategy.

๐Ÿ“ฐ

Press Release Copy

Journalistically structured press releases written to distribution standards โ€” headline, inverted pyramid, spokesperson quote, boilerplate. Available as part of press release packages.

๐Ÿ“‹

Product & Service Pages

Commercial copy for landing pages, service descriptions, and product pages โ€” written to convert visitors who arrive with intent, not just to fill a content brief.

๐Ÿ’ผ

Niche-Specific Articles

Finance, SaaS, B2B, health, legal โ€” we write across verticals. For regulated or technical niches, we research thoroughly rather than generalising. Ask us about your specific niche.

FAQ

Questions about our content writing service

Is content writing included with guest posting orders?
Yes โ€” all guest posting orders include the article at no extra cost. You don't need to supply content for guest post placements. This service is for clients who want standalone articles for their own site, or who want to order content separately from placements.
Can I supply a brief, or do you create one?
Both options work. If you have a detailed brief โ€” target keyword, angle, specific points to cover, tone notes โ€” send it. If you only have a topic or URL, we'll research and structure the piece ourselves. More brief = better article, but a minimal brief is fine to start.
Will the content pass AI detection tools?
We write content that reads naturally and is genuinely useful โ€” the standard that's correct regardless of AI detection. If you have specific ZeroGPT or Originality score requirements for your campaign, let us know your threshold during briefing and we'll target it.
Do you write for regulated niches like finance, legal, or health?
Yes โ€” finance, fintech, legal, and health are among the niches we cover regularly. For regulated niches we research carefully and flag any claims that would need professional sign-off. We don't add disclaimers as a workaround for shallow research โ€” we just research more thoroughly.
What's the revision policy?
One round of revisions is included with every piece. A revision covers tone adjustments, structure changes, adding or removing specific points, and factual corrections. Major scope changes โ€” like a completely different angle or a significant word count increase โ€” are treated as a new brief. We almost never need to go to revision, but the option is always there.

Need content that editors actually want to publish?

Send us your brief โ€” or just your topic โ€” and we'll come back with a sample or a full first draft within 3โ€“5 days.
